The lobby area was stunning and had a pleasant aroma. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the valet employees. The hotel's location was ideal, situated on the edge of the French Quarter and Central Business District, making it convenient to explore both areas. Additionally, being just a minute away from Bourbon Street allowed for easy access to the lively atmosphere without being overwhelmed by the noise.
Complimentary WiFi was only available in the lobby, which was inconvenient for guests expecting connectivity throughout the hotel. Another downside was the lack of a designated smoking area, with the only option being to stand on the sidewalk outside the hotel.
